| Alfie keeps scaring the life out of me. As he now can roll over (something which he spend 24hr a day doing now) hes started rolling over in his cot and sleeping on his front. kinda scares me a bit as im scared in case he suffocates but i think he must be comfier as ive started putting him on is side/front cuddlin a blanket for his naps during the day an hes sleeping alot longer.
shud i just leave him or attempt to roll him onto is back before i go to bed?

| Stephen always sleeps on his front, and quite often face down which absolutely terrifies me but he's done that since he was about 11 weeks old. As much as you move him onto his back he'll just roll back again so now I just leave him to it. I'm so glad I've got a motion sensor monitor though because I wouldn't ever sleep without it! xxx |

| Aimee was the same... she slept on her front at the first opportunity. I just used to make sure she was ok if I woke up in the night, and she always was. I remember reading up on it at the time, and im sure that if they are big enough to roll and hold their head up, they should be capable of not putting their face in the mattress without being able to move their heads, so I wouldnt worry too much x |
