my brother doesn't live near me or my parents and he's just sold his house and relocated. they haven't found anywhere new yet so they're staying at my SIL's dads tiill they find a property. He was getting a bit sick so my mum said come up with the kids for a few nights and stay with them, it's his wedding anniversary on Saturday so my mum said go away for the night and we'll look after the kids. Well he phoned up last night to say they were coming today but he'd booked a break away for him and SIL to go to Barcelona flying out tomorrow and coming back on Monday. he didn't even ask them first.

Why would he do that??? Thats pretty thoughtless. Take it your mum just has to go along with it now.
My mum would flip if she offered to take Caitlin for a night and i buggered off for the whole weekend . Now if she offered to take Caitlin thats a different story ... I think I probably could stay away for 2nights now but not abroad.

she has to go along with it but she's so soft with him, she had planned to take Ava to a farm tomorrow but I had to say don't bother because I knew it would be too much for them with the other two as well.
I just can't believe we're related at times.
