It turns out I am no-where near as strong as I thought I was. I am so close to throwing in the towel and going back on everything including the pill.

I am so tired/exhausted and f'ed off with my life. I am sick of feeling doing all the time. I got made permanent in work today and to be honest I couldn't cae less as I display irrational logic.

I am getting paranoid again and am pushing everyone away when I need them the most I'm not sure how much more I can take to be honest.

Sorry for the down tone of this post, just don't know where else to turn at the mo

aw hen. just remember its still coming out ur system, it a tough ride going cold turkey. u will be a mixed bag of emotions right now and everything will feel amplified. ur stronger than u give ur self credit for.

i know its hard, u only see the negative, but if ur sure u want off them completly then keep going hen. this spell will pass. try come kalms, or herbal teas.

im sorry i dont have anything mind blowing to say that will make it all better. im in the spame place just now too

keep going, u can do it. focus on 1 small thing a day and forget the bigger picture for now. do things in small bites xxx

Hun its completely normal to have days like this, seriously I know you don't want to hear it right not but it will get better, just keep telling yourself that you don't need your pills (including the pill) because tomorrow will be a better day than today. Just try and relax tonight, hope you feel better in the morning....

I agree with laura, its not really been that long since you stopped the tablets and you are probably still experiencing the come down, give it time and dont expect too much too soon. Dont think too far in the future concentrate on today and getting to tommorrow, then tommorrow concentrate on getting to the next day x

Oh Diane, I've only just seen this!

Firstly, you are waaaaayyyy stronger than you thought. Just a few months ago you would never have dreamed you would be back in work and going cold turkey with your meds...but look at you now. That's a HUGE step in my book and you are doing so well. Like the other ladies have said give yourself time. I know that doesn't help with the here and now and there are no fast cures but each day you can get on without your pills is a day closer to being free of them for good. Don't forget you're pmt'ing too!!

You really should feel proud of what you have achieved hun. I know during those dark moments you can't feel good about anything but if you can, do something you enjoy to try and bring yourself out of it. Also, write yourself little notes and leave them round the house to remind yourself of what you have achieved!
