OMG

I don't think i can do this whole emotional rollercoaster thing that is ttc medication free.

I though I was doing well had got to day 15 with no medication then af arrived and boom. So down, so irrational and so paranoid. It has been one hell of a weekend not sure I can manage this without my medication crutch.

Have an appointment with psychiatrist in the morning

i know it can be hard (i was on them meds years ago. felt the pooy bit of commong off them but after a while, i was okie)

did they say why you needed to come off it for ttc? xx

You are not paranoid or irrational hun, you are ttc.
I think that in its self is enough to send someone on a downwards spiral.
AF showed for me yesterday and i feel like crap! I really thought i might get my bfp but no!

You have done amazing so far! if you can try to keep at it! read your other thread where you talked about how good you feel! You will be ok! xxx

As Grace pointed out this is your first med-free cycle. I wouldn't expect anything less than the feelings you describe. Heck I have ones like that and I'm not going cold turkey!!!

Now the way I see it is that you really shouldn't be so hard on yourself. You knew when you decided to stop the anti-d's that this wasn't going to be easy and there is no shame in admitting you are finding it tough. It's not like it's cast in stone that you have to do this now or that you need to go back on them. Do what is right for you hun. Go talk to your psychiatrist and see what you can both come up with. It may be that they suggest going back on them but only a small dose or every other day like they suggest before. Or, if you think it's possible, stick it out til AF has gone and see how you feel then. What I'm trying to say is don't feel a failure for whatever decision you choose, but choose something you are happy with. Is David going with you tomorrow?
