| Well today I had my 1st CBT session and wow.
It was amazing, it was only 50 minutes and probably 10 of those were general housekeeping but wow. I got so much more out of today and some much more understanding than I did from yesterdays pointless appointment with my psychiatrist.
She recommended a website and giving me a few ideas for coping when I get anxious. I was so scared this morning I almost didn't go but I did it and am so glad I did. |

| ^ i know it isn't for everyone but this is a good place to find someone privately http://www.babcp.com/ i negotiated (cheeky git that i am) and the woman i ended up seeing for quite a while was flexible with the cost for me and we could arrange to meet when i had money etc because of my financial situation - you might manage to find someone similar |

| Aww so glad you went hun, CBT is amazing, especially when someone, just like you, is really committed to working hard and takes it all on board.
Lisa that's shocking you have to wait so long! I can't believe it! (((((hugs)))) x |
