Anybody got a good constipation remedy, Ava hasn't been since Monday and she's really straining now. When she does, I've seen there's poop ready to come out but I'm assuming it's gone too hard.

She's been eating the same as normal, plenty of fruit and veg, I gave her lentil bake fro dinner with pears for dessert but still no movement. I've tried bicycle legs and tummy massage too.

stewed apple and pear always worked for moo, even as he got older.
Loads of fluids, does she eat grapes? they were always good too.

maybe a couple of prunes??? and some diluted fresh orange juice? or if she eats fish (not sure if she does yet!) maybe a bit of fish in oil would help - must be horrible for her! ohhh or bran flakes? obviously just a tiny bit. sorry if these are massively unhelpful i havent quite grasped weaning yet
