but omg constipation is doing my head in, i've hardly eaten this week because i feel ill, eat grapes and loads of fruit and was ok for a day then back the same....

i feel faint and just huge

i'm going shopping to buy orange juice for each day, just hope that will help.

If you can stand them, raw fresh carrots, they are the dogs, I lived on them when pg with Beth and never once had a problem,
Carrots are rich in fiber content and help heal constipation. You can eat raw carrots or take them in the form of soup for quick relief.
