I was doing circut training at the gym last night, and there was an exercise where I had to lean my back on the wall and bring myself down so I was in a sitting position and stay like that for a minute. Well I got to 40 seconds and thought my god I can't do this for another 20, but I made myself do it. When I got to a minute I stopped and all of a sudden this god awful searing pain shot right through my head I thought I was going to collapse with the pain.... I didn't want to quit halfway through so I carried on with most of the training but about 5 mins to the end I just had to stop and cool down on the bike for 5 minutes or I was gonna be sick!! Max (my trainer) said it could've been either the fact that I had a headache earlier in the day and it came back with a vengence, or it could be blood pressure.... I've had it today aswell, my head aches slightly but then I do something suddenly and it hurts like hell, even laughing and messing about with Harry hurts my head
Does it sound like high blood pressure??? xx
