Your not going to kill it are you? My o/h normally catches all the spiders and puts them outside thats if my cat doesnt get to them first, she likes to eat them for some reason

yeah just let it go in the garden cant kill anything me even moths (which i hate) dont mind spiders but that was a biggy

Me neither , o/h is the same we rescue all sorts of insects lol and let them go.

I am evil, we had one a similar size in our kitchen sink a few weeks ago and I boiled the kettle and poured boilding hot water over it

I cannot bare spiders, we seem to get loads of spindley spiders in our bathroom, at least 1 a day and they go down the toilet

Aw. Poor wee thing, prob scared witless. I never kill em, i pick em up with a cup and some card and put em outside. C likes spiders, we call them all boris. We are used to bugs n beasties here, old house and 4 lizards. C is facinated by the crickets that get loose too

I bought spray stuff from betterware thats supposed to stop them coming in - my arse it did! I also bought a special plastic catcher trap thing, which again was pants. I tend to stamp on them or throw books at walls. Very effective
