What time does your 3/4 year old go to bed and is left to sleep We do the same routine every night but since the clocks gone back he has started getting up so im just wondering if he is having enough sleep and should mayb go to bed a little later He is usually left at about 730 and is now waking up at about 6 630

My munchkin is about to turn 3 and she generally goes to sleep around 7.30 and will wake up usually between 6.30 and 7. She does on some days have an afternoon nap for between 1 and 2 hours.

I have been waking up earlier all week, so maybe it will just take him a few days/week to sleep later again. Has his behaviour changed at all? If he is a bit mardy i would try putting him to bed earlier to reduce this! x x x

no hes not mardy at all (just a terrible 3 year old LOL) most of the time it takes him a while to get to sleep thats why i wondered about putting him to bed a bit later

as long as he is going down normally at night i wouldnt change his routine because that could just make the sittuation worse as fran said i would just allow his body clock to reset itself xx
