The BT Monitors are excellent - there is a review in the review section , quite a few people have them - very reliable and very clear

Yeh I think the 150 is the one we have, has light, lullabys, talk back, temperature on the parent unit, torch on parent unit

This is the 3rd I have had, the first was analogue - very bad noise, not at all clear, the 2nd was graco - very clear but broke for no reason.

The BT one is the best we have had.

We have the Tommie Tippiee sensor one too, it was a god send from the BIL Very Happy We've never had any trouble with it at all, you can adjust the sensitivity of the sensor so when they start moving around in the cot, you can increase the sensitivity.
I used the mat right up until he went into his bed Embarassed

Ive got the angelsounds sensor monitors - but have never actually used the sensor pad!!

the monitor in itself tho is really good. again u can change sensitivity levels and it has a light so u can check baby during the night without putting the room light on.

we have the tommee tippee one with the sensor mat...the mat has never been out of the box! i wanted to have one, but in actual fact elijah either slept in his basket near me or in his basket on the bed for the first 3 months and he was barely out of my sight. plus we only have a living room, bedroom and bathroom so i usually hear him before i notice the monitor Laughing
bit of a waste for us, but i keep it in the hope that we will move house and make it more necessary! (when i have used it the little light on the speaker is really handy so you can have it on quietly and still know if he is making noise).

We also have the BT150 - though we haven't used half the fancy features (tunes etc) but it is very clear and has a decent range (we use it to garden whilst Seb naps).

We have just bought the BT 100 monitor, had money off it in Argos and I figured that we could just buy a wall card thermometer xx
