iv lost 11 lb since just befor my holiday best thing is i havent been trying (probibly all come off my (.)(.)'s though )

stopped bf!! strange actually i lost loads of weight when i stopped bf leo (from all my body though)the only thing iv done differentley is eat a hell of a lot more crap on holiday
had gastroenteritis over the weekend so maybe some of it is from that, although im sure iv made up for that already
oh well just hope it carries on for another 25lb x

well when you bf(as you probibly know) you burn extra calories so i suppose it could happen but both time with me has had the opposite effect by the looks of things ! if your worried maybe try alter your diet at first till your body gets back to normal? good luck x

You maybe wont be as hungry when you stop bf so that might prevent too much weight gain.

I only bf for 8 weeks and cant really say it made me lose baby weight quickly or put it on when I stopped. Dont think I did it long enough. Maybe lost my bump quicker than some but nothing dramatic.

good point maybe you wont be as hungry, although i must say my diet hasnt changed at all, if anything im eating more crap

well i put on 2 stone wen i was pregnant lost it all straight after the birth and was down to pre pregnancy weight in a week, and i since stopping breastfeeding i have put on a stone n half! and no matter what i do i cant seem to lose it
im exercising tons although the diet isnt quite there yet im still eating to many goodies
i have lost cms since starting my exercising but my weight is still going up!

may not have been the breastfeeding but all my weight went on since stopping bf and going back to work
