Libby is constantly climbing all over me and her favourite thing to do is elbow me just about where bubs would be, no matter how many times I try and stop her she still does it Do you think it will cause any harm? xx

Oooh I have the exact same problem with Aimee.

She uses me as a human climbing frame and sometimes just launches herself at me without me realising.

I have been kicked, whacked, dived on and all sorts, but bubs seems fine.

I am trying to teach her that she will harm the baby if she hurts mummy, and she has started to stroke my belly when I say that x

No hun as long as shes not bouncing up and down on where bubs is. They are very well cushioned in there. Does she know about the baby??? I know she is only very young but i would sit her down and tell her. Show her where bubs is and tell her she hasnt got to bounce on it or she might hurt the baby.

But honestly hun it would take a lot to hurt bubs from the outside. I fell whilst carrying archie who was 3 at the time when i was 7 months pregnant with Sam. He landed on top of my bump but no harm came to him xxxxx

Yeah I would try not to worry hun - like Mara says. Thomas was constantly climbing all over me when I was pg and Hannah is fine

I'm just so paranoid about this pg, I've got no symptoms and with the spotting as well I'm a wreck thinking about it. Not too long til the scan (although feels like a lifetime) x

Alice has climbed all over me from the start too, she thinks i am just there to keep her fit!

she is a sod for kicking tho when she has a nappy change which i am trying to teach her not to

Pretty sure all will be well for bubs, it needs to be serious trauma to but bubs at risk.

Jo, I have the same problem with Aimee and nappy changes! I have to pin her down really tight to make sure she doesnt kick me, and I try to do it from the side now too... to her amusement! lol!

I had the nappy change issue too with Thomas and I got a few hard kicks which I must admit did worry me. In the end I had to resort to changing Thomas' nappies upside down even if i did it sideways he would twist round and try to kick me. It's not easy to do it upside down but he was a flippin nightmare and I found myself having to trap his head between my thighs to keep him still (please dont report me to SS ) I do not miss being pg one little bit!!

Just as a bit of reasurance to you pg ladies - as soon as Hannah was born Thomas seemed to calm down loads and now we rarely have a difficult nappy change unless he is tired. It's weird but having her around has calmed him down a lot

Aron is 7 and his favourite place to sit is on my legs as I lie on the sofa which leads to him pushing on my tummy with all his weight when he wants to get up! He is getting better though as my bump grows and he does say sorry when he forgets!

Like everyone says they are pretty well protected in there and when Aron really hurt me a few weeks ago the midwife said that it would take more than an Aron to harm him!!

Yeah C is all over me too, shes way too young to even explain it so im just leaving it. She is more interested in using my boobs as foot and hand holds anyway to be accurately hitting eggy lol

I wouldnt fret too much, i also fell quite hard when i was carrying C and am totally fine as is she. That amniotic fluid is handy stuff

Rowan climbs all over me too. but i would be worried too if i were pg. but i'm sure baby is and will be fine though
