TBH hun we didn't bother with Libby til she was walking properly and going outside, they say that they learn to walk etc. better without shoes on because they can feel their feet more (I think anyway). We got Libby her first pair when she was 13 months old. xx

Callum got his 1st shoes at 10months but to be honest they were total waste of money he was walking along holding on to things but he grew out of them so quick and he prefers wearing trainers that are alot cheaper xx

We got her cruisers when she got to size 2 purely cos she seemed to like the feel of em but as often as possible left them off. Never bothered til she was cruising regularly though

I think EVERY mum is tempted to get shoes too early!

The fact that Clarkes do crawling shoes doesnt help - but really they do not need crawling frikin shoes (Izzy had them, hardly wore them and didnt need them!)

I am also not even sure she needed cruisers - but again had them and and hardly wore them!

Of course once they are walking properly I do like Izzy to wear hers - she always wears something on her feet now, mainly cos we have hard floors that can be skiddy with just socks.

I think a lot is me because i saw a lovely pair of first boots in clarks Very Happy i can see them hindering her in getting around though so i'll refrain for now.

Yeh boots aren't the best to learn to walk in!

Izzy has a pair of high (ish) boots and she doesnt walk as good in them even now as she does her trainers!

I dont blame youat all - its hard not to go and buy them...but if you do dont feel bad, shoes wont do her any harm ...just your purse!!

Caitlin was about 12.5 mths. She had been walking properly for a cpl of weeks.

I never bought cruisers/crawlers but she did have a few pairs of shoes/booties from next and a pair of trainners in size 2. tbh they were pointless as Caitlin took them off, I only really put them on if we were out & it was cold. Most were bought for us, I definitly wouldnt waste money on Clarks until she walking. x
