Our eyes are the same size at birth as they are in adulthood, they never grow.

see i knew that but cant understand this ,,,,if your eye is same size all life why is it ,,, a child i know with eye cancer has to get his eye resized at times ? would putting one in at same size as other not last ,, size wise i imagine it would have to be changed but resized ??

not size wise ,,,,i mean wear and tear wise

I knew about the eye thing. Also have read that our ears and noses continue to grow throughout adulthood.
