| Just wondered what everyone took or are taking.
I've gone back on Sanatogen mother to be + Omega 3.
Which is omega 3 and 18 vitamins & minerals incl folic acid. I took theses with Rowan too and would feel guilty taking others for this one if that makes sense. |

| Folic acid alone for 1st 12wk, then pregnacare (sp) with omega 3 for the rest of pg  |

| Folic acid 1st trimester only. Bugger all since as they all make me feel ill esp the pregnacare. Im also on aspirin 75mg once a day and omeprazole for reflux once a day but my doc put me on those |

| I'm going to be rattling soon, I'm taking folic acid, pregnancare, 75mg of aspirin, omega 3, calcium and magnesium. From tomorrow when I can pick my prescription up I'll also be on clexane injections once a day x |

| i took pregnacare for first month, but took santageon with omega 3 vits for last 2 and i prefer them, plus a pound cheaper.
however i got my pregnacre for a £1 after it went through scanner, i didnt say anything lol but they just suit me |
