You have all probably read about my hoha with BT over the last 2 years- every bill is wrong and takes ages to sort, the cut me off cos I havent paid a bill that was wrong, then get the charges refunded, only for the same to happen the next month! I only put up with them cos I had free broadband as a work incentive.
Well I left them! I am with Talk Talk...for everything line rental, calls and broadband
So you'd think BT would shove off and stop cocking up the bill? Just got an email, so assumed it would be for the 'final bill'
Except its £150
...when had been told cancellation of contract mid period would be £49
Turns out they are trying to charge me for broadband for 3 months til February...£75 ...and other stupid things I don't want from them!
Honestly they have got to be the most useless frikin company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with - well they can go swivel and I don't care cos they cant cut me off for not paying it lol so they can take as long as they like to sort this bill out!
