| I really hate cake so cant even taste my own so...
when you melt your butter before adding it to the mixture does it make a difference to the taste than if you dont melt your butter? it seems really fluffy when you melt it but does it make a difference to the taste?

| I never melt mine, I just have it at room temperature, seems to work best for me |

As for melting butter, i've never done it either, just use it at room temp like mandy. |

| PMSL. just seen this. I get this reaction all the time.
I hate jam, icing, butter and cream. to me butter icing looks like playdough. I dont know why someone would want to eat it. I know im the weird one here because everyone loves cake but to me I cant get my head around it. cream is totally tasteless? maybe thats just my taste buds.
I guess sponge is ok but why would I eat plain sponge when I can have a bar of chocolate? |

| nope. am feeling a bit sicky thinking of it haha. bar of chocolate all the way! In a way its actually a good thing I dont like it. I bake loads and it eases all my stress of the week. I enjoy doing it and love it when people enjoy my cakes but I dont put on any weight and dancing and singing to the radio while baking is my weekly exercise |
