Well actually he's not!

Stuart came into me this morning looking very serious and said my mum had just rang. He started stroking my arm & asked did I know Darius? Bleary eyed I said yes (thinking pop idol!). "They died in their sleep last night, Are you ok?". I was slightly confused at his concern as im not a fan . The penny dropped when he went on to say that my granda was "devastated he couldnt make the funeral and i wasnt to ring him because he was too upset to speak". (Had my granda gone mad on morphine was running through my head!)
I said Darius? Stuart then started sounding out words and said.... Dorris!

So actually my granda's sister Dorris died last night, not bloody Darius!

Im not really upset, she was late 80's, had alzheimers, I hadnt seen her in 10 years at least and was the type of old aunt you saw every other year as a child. Im sad for my granda that he's too ill to mak funeral though.
Bless Stuart, he can even make death a mockery!
