| As you know we got burgled a few months back. Just had a bank statement and a company called Rewards Now have a DD set up in my name! There is no way that I have set it up as I would never give my bank details to anybody I tried to call them but they needed an ID number and my phone number. I tried a efw numbers that I use and they were 'invalid' so there proof that I didn't set anything up. Am off to the bank to kick up a fuss and hope they can refund the money x |

| Went to the bank and she said it wasn't a DD but an electronic transfer done on October 31st. She then went on to say that it was all my fault for giving me PIN number out! I remember every transaction I make on my card. It was done on my payday. I took money out and left enough in there to cover my DD's. One of which bounced due to this! |

| I don't want to be the barer of bad news hunni but unfortunately rewardsnow.co.uk are a bonefide website and it's not fraud or a scam in any way. At some point in the past (could be months ago) you will have sighned up for some sort of freebie somewhere that has a LOT of extremely small print and buried deep in there somewhere you will find a clause that says after your 'trial period' you will be charged at x amount each month for the services. It could have been anything where you have paid online so you might not even remember but it happened to my OH through a voucher code he found for Pizza Hut online and after a couple of months he started getting £12 a month taken from his account It is highly unlikely you will get the money back as it is written in the terms and conditions - somewhere . Luckily you have spotted it and can put a stop to it but these sites are terrible and always be very very careful with offers and codes etc where you are paying online. xx |

| It was a card payment done not a direct debit so couldn't be from anything like this. I am very reluctant to give my card details online anyways. Phoned the number the bank gave me and they have cancelled my cards and are sending me out some paperwork. She said that they are giving me a new PIN numebr and has advised me to only use cashpoints in the bank from now on. Apprently they have had quite a few cases of this and they think there is some sort of device in machines |

| They don't set up DDs hun - they just use the card details you gave them at the time to take a payment each month so it will show as a card payment.
This is a link to their site FAQs page http://www.rewardsnow.co.uk/shopcontent.asp?type=faq - it is 100% legit unfortunately

| Hhhmm? I don't know but like I said - my it happened to my OH through a pizza hut code so not always a dodgy site. Didn't you sign up to Graze recently with a code? could it be that? or something similar you might have forgotten about? Hope you get it sorted - give them a ring on the number on that link I posted and they should cancel it for you xx |

| I need a membership number or my phone number to speak to someone and I have tried my usual numbers which are wrong and I have scoured my emails and have no membership email off them. At least now my card is cancelled and they are sending some paperwork to investigate it. I did sign up to Graze and when I got my boxes I deleted all my account info off there x |

| Their website says ' 1. How did I join Rewards Now?
Rewards Now is offered to members of our reporting programmes immediately after they join. In order to join Rewards Now you are required to enter your email and accept the terms and conditions of membership. Members are offered a free trial period to try the benefits as well as a free reward such as a £10 Asda Gift Card. Rewards Now is a chargeable service each month after the trial period unless it is cancelled. 2. I don’t know my Membership ID?
When you joined Rewards Now you would have been sent a Welcome Email which contains your log in details. Please check your spam folder in case it has been redirected to that folder. If you cannot find the welcome email you can contact a Customer Service Advisor who will be happy to assist you. Email: contact@rewardsnow.co.uk Phone: 0845 026 1098 Fax: 0870 143 2344 The contact centre is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. If you call out of hours please leave a voice mail with you details and we will call you back the next working day.'
Did you get the reward they mention? It says you should have had a £10 asda card or something like that |
