girly shopping is amazing!

I didnt get a scan after my twelve week one oh didnt want to know the sex and we only get one scan up here for some reason.

If I could turn back and do anything differently I would have found out the sex and had a million scans x

Do you really egret not finding out the sex steph? I want to this time and oh doesn't, I got my own way with Ollie so he's sticking to his guns this time

yeh I really do. I think it would have made her seem more like a person in there. I had a not very nice birth and a csection which ended up in oh caring for her a bit more than me in the first few days because I was so sore and then I had very low iron levels, the hospital are supposed to tell you the results of your bloods before you leave and they phoned me 3 weeks later to tell me. I was shattered and felt like the worst mum in the world.
anyway back to the point if id had known she was a girly I would have felt more bonded to her before she was even born? if that makes sense. rather than not bonding with her straight away and feeling awful. it might not have made any difference.
everyone is different though the surprise was nice too and looking back it was lovely the moment they held her up and told me she was a girl but given the situation it took me a while to realise that.

I bet your oh will change his mind at your 20 week scan. it must be soo hard to not find out x
