I really cant take being stuck indoors much more! Im not used to it.

Baby is due 2 weeks tomorrow, but as she is big, they are doing a sweep this Wednesday, Friday, next Monday and then inducing me next Wednesday.

I have had my waters measured on a scan and have double what I should have and my midwife has said that if my waters go, im going to need wellies... great!

So, my in laws are on hols, meaning James has been taking the car to work, leaving me stuck indoors. Although I dont want to go out in case my waters do break and I am out with Aimee.

Aimee is going mental being stuck inside too!

Does anybody have any ideas how we can pass the time and have some fun?

Is there someone that could visit you for a while?? Even for a coffee? Just grit your teeth and reminf yourself it will all be worth it.

BTW when did you get to be soo pg??? TIme has just flown hasn't it??

I should make some effort to make plans to get people to pop over, but it would mean making an effort to get dressed, and the thought of putting clothes on fills me with dread, lol!

Aimee and I cleared out one of her toy boxes this morning, so that is one thing ticked off the 'to do' list.

Ahh bless ya. I made plans for everyday in the last few weeks of my pregnancy in the hope of tempting fate and having the baby!!! LOL Didn't work they both went overdue.

Does Aimee like gluing and sticking? Maybe she could make a "welcome home baby" banner? You can use feathers, bits of pasta, paints, stickers, glitter (if you are brave) you could write "welcome home" in bubble writing and she could "colour" it in. I know she might only scribble etc but it'll waste a good hour or so.

How about a carpet picnic with teddy bears and role play (it's been 3 years since I had a nearly 2 year old so I can't remember what I did with MJ)

Make some cupcakes or muffins, she can stir the things together then you can both enjoy the results afterwards? xxx
