that has gone on to "instant" search?!

Can only turn it off once you start typing - then it re-loads the start up page need to check cookie settings and see if I can't turn it off permanently!!

If you find out how to turn it off permantely please let me know!! It's so fluffing annoying and it makes it run slow too!!

Mine isn't doing it, I've got a ticker on my google so if all else fails you could do that x

I know how to turn it off if you use igoogle - as in the personalised one that you sign into

Go to Settings (top right of the window) and Click Search settings, then down the page you will find:
Google Instant


Use Google Instant — predictions and results appear while typing
Do not use Google Instant

Click it onto Do not use Google instant!
