Some fella just called for Harristec (hubbys side business) and asked if Dan was my dad!
I think I sound manish on the phone - esp now that I am all bunged up.
We ended up chatting for a few minutes and said that he is looking forward to calling back later to speak to Dan - who he called David a few times

Aww I have had people call on the landline saying hi is your mum there? and I always said I am the mum lol, I have quite a soft voice most of the time so guess it makes me sound more girlish? (YAKKITY YAK I hate girlie lol) I still get i.d for alcohol and only stopped paying child fares for the bus when I was 22/23! Only cuz I said a return to town and they'd always give me a half fare and I felt so guilty I had to start correcting them! xx
