Why can't you pick your family??

I have no end of grief from one of my sisters and have recently decided that I get nothing positive from having her in my life so I have decided to just let her get on with it and have nothing else to do with her. I am ok with it in fact I wish I had done it a long time ago.

However, since then a few of my cousins have been waiting to have a 'pop' at me. Today they decided to do it. I asked one of my cousins (nicely I might add) not to leave nasty messages on my Mums Facebook. Since then, they and my sister have decided to put a barrage of horrible messages all over their profiles. One has even threatened to 'sort me out' the next time I see them and called me all kinds of names. I haven't seen them as we are not 'friends' on facebook, but a number of people have told me the things they have been putting. . My Nan has a Facebook profile and they have accused me of setting that account up in my Nans name (my Nan had a few choice words to say to them) and said it was me sending them messages....like I aint got anything better to do!!

Why do they have to be like this?? What have I done to recieve this kind of treatment, and how embarrsing that they are putting it all over facebook for everyone to see!!

I haven't retaliated over FB as I know this will p*ss them off more - but seriously some people are not happy unless they are making someone else miserable!!

i think your doing right in not letting them get to you cos thats what they are trying to do...its just so frustrating when people are acting so pathetic like that, hope they sort their childish behaviour out soon xx

i can't believe your family are so juvenile....i think the best thing is to do what you're doing...ignore them, it will annoy them way more than retaliation!
