Im not really sick atm but the past cpl weeks iv had tired days, sore throats & generally felt abit icky at times. At times like that it makes me wish i was a kid again living a home. How good would it be to be able to lie in a warm bed/sofa all day, have drinks/food/medicine brought to you, storys read to you, head stroked to sleep, someone literally wash you, dry your hair and put you in a clean bed ... Really dont think I appreciated how much my mum did when I was sick. Even now if my OH helps when im ill its not the same as I have Caitlin to see to/things to plan - you never get to turn off 100%.

What do you miss from your childhood?

the same, miss being nursed when i was ill, also miss being care free and all the laughs and fun we had at school. my mum always said, enjoy school because when you get older you will miss it, never ever thought she would be right x

i miss sleep! and being able to spend my last tenner on whatever i wanted! and not having to worry about being so fat! (although i spent most of my youth doing that, but why oh why, now im REALLY fat haha) staying out half the night on bright warm summer evenings

i think they are more to do with becoming a parent though than growing up

oh....spending a day by myself, at my own pace haha

good god, i wouldnt go that far hahahaha i miss knowing everything was still to come - now ive done loads of things

I really miss school, not actuaally school but all your friends being in one place!

I also miss getting drunk in the middle of a field come rain or shine lol

I miss christmas as a kid, its not the same as an adult and knowing santa doesn't exist. Can't wait to have kids so I can be like a big kid at crimbo again

I miss the feeling you used to get at christmas and other times of the year. I miss the excitement of going on holiday and all the fun things we used to do like jumping in haystacks, trampolines, swimming, building snowmen and playing kirby and football till you literally dropped. I miss that you could just walk anywhere you wanted without having to worry that you might get jumped or mugged or kidnapped. I miss the safeness you used to have cause it wasn't as bad when i was wee.

I miss not having to worry about EVERYTHING!!! You think it's 'hard' being a kid but it really is a bit of a doddle isn't it??

that's what i miss

i never had that always just got on with it stil went to school ect even if i was ill..!

what i do miss is the innocence of my mind and just being me!

I miss lay ins just a little lay in would be nice
also i miss just being able to jump in the bath whenever i want too things like that x
