my smp has run out but i took unpaid leave as i was due to get a £700 bonus tomorrow,i phoned them to get the exact figure and they've apparently 'forgotten' to process mine. im so annoyed, i'm sat in tears about it because they're just treating me like shit, i know i'll get it next week but its just the principle, i wish i could resign but thats probably exactly what they want and i'm so annoyed at myself for crying about it

i would have a cry, i cried at snipping elijahs finger off AND that my dad decided not to visit because i am so p*ssed off atm.

just the sheer frustration of not having that money would make me cry....what d*ckheads...is there any way you can leave? i know you need to work but who needs that rubbish?

i cant leave , the thing is now its perfect for childcare as im only going back a wednesday and saturday and OH has those days off, it'll be impossible to find another job when you can only work those days. I just got an email to say they'll do a BACS payment so at least i'll get it after all, i just feel gutted that i've been treated like this after working there for such a long time.

Work places can be horrible b????rds when you have children.

My work are very good 'on the surface' but I know deep down that they really resent it.

I had a huge bust up with my boss when I was going on my maternit leave with Aimee. He even tried to get our CEO in London involved as he didnt want me to accrue holiday while I was off! Plonker!

sorry to hear you are being messed around!, sounds like my old work they messed me around so much so after a a year a half of being back there i stuck 2 fingers up at them and told em to get shoved!! i worked there for 3 1/2 yrs too! keep hasseling them to make sure they do pay you, and most businesses can do chaps payments the same day so i would ring them and say you need it for gas elec food ect as thats not on if you were expecting it!! its a good job you called them a day before though so the problem was picked up! hugs hunnie, dont worry about cryign either im like it to as i get so annoyed the only way i can express my anger is by crying! xxxxx

well i had some good news this morning, i had 2 weeks smp left which i didnt know about and they are going to do a chaps payment with a bigger bonus than i thought

still annoyed that my manager didnt put through my bonus before she went on her ML but managed to remember to do her friend who's on ML. I really want to put in a grievance against her but i feel guilty with her having a baby.

Glad youve kind of got it sorted now.
