Does anybody elses child feel like you have just puit them in the freezer for a couple of days most the time?!
Dita is so so so cold, when nobody else is, braden feels all nice and toasty but dita feels like an icicle!

Also, dita has been absoloutly covered in what looks like an allergic reaction rash for about 3 days now, legs, tummy, back, arms, groin, i think its the wash gel, i ran out of non bio, but how do you go about finding out what else she may be allergic to? I've heard its quite common for her to have a few allergies with her asthma! i feel so bad for the poor girl, she's had a cough and a snotty nose for 9 weeks now =o( x

Don't know about the being cold bit as all three (feels weird saying three not both) are warm and toasty all the time! The only bits that feel cold are hands sometimes!

As for allergy testing think going to docs is best way to get it, you can get them done elsewhere but it's not as accurate!! Watchdog did a thing a while ago! Aron goes spotty if I change washing powder and Jake and I get excaema flair ups!

Caitlin has milk allergy, that was discovered by giving her aptamil at 8 wks and needing an ambulance - once I found out though other symptoms she had made sense when I was BF. Eg stomach pains, runny poo, rashes, awful colic symptoms etc.

Weaning her was stressful as we had to look out for other allergies. Basically all we could do was introduce one food at a time and leave a cpl of days between trying something new. Allergies are hard to diagnose, it is possible to become allergic to something you previously have not been.

Generally if you think they are allergic to something id remove it from diet for a few days and see if symptoms reduce, if they dont then reintroduce the food and remove something else. Same with dif washing powders.

If she is reacting to washing powder she prob has sensitive skin so things like bath foam/shampoo/talc may irritate her. We get oilatum on prescription to use in her bath.
