First topic message reminder :

Would anyone be interested in this?

OH and I already sponsor 2 children each.

But have also been looking at sponsoring a family too.

It's a little more but i thought if we all sponsored the same family or or even 2 families then we might be able to make a difference.

i dont agree with givng to animals when it could go to kids. id rather see an animal suffer than a child like i assume all of us on here would. im not racist but i cant see why people would donate to africa and such places when theres children and famalies over in tthis country that are suffering also. thats all Very Happy

if we had abit of spare cash i would probably donate a few pound a month or whatever to a charity over in this country but at this minute we dont have 2 pennys to rub together

we are suffering financially ourselves too

x

The reason I would donate to Africans is that their lives are literally on the edge - they face starvation and disease everyday with no chance of getting help - if people do not donate then what chance do they have?

There is not one child or family in this country that suffers anywhere near the way they do - any child in this country who is starving to death is doing so because of neglect not because of famine or no money

People in this country do not 'suffer' - yes they might think they have it a bit rough but it is nothing in comparison.
