Went in to settle Caitlin and turn heating on cause was freezing (clock in her built in cupboard), & took a peek out her window... you can barely see the wheels of my car! It was a skiff of snow when we got home from tesco at 9pm. Its still snowing, the thing that scares me is the weather forecast said there would be light snow tonight followed by heavy snow on fri & sat night. What is heavy snow like!!!

Thank frig I have all my preezzies bought and aint waiting on any internet parcels. My SS still hasnt arrived and Im told it was posted early this week - just wanted to say to whoever its from that my post has already been running nearly a week late and because of this snow it will prob be worse. Dont panic if I dont get it till after xmas, will be a nice surprise My elderly relatives though prob wont be so impressed when they receive my xmas cards 2 weeks late lol. No way im going out today in that to post them!

Hmm ok i may be prone to exaggeration or its drifted up wheels of car... Just went out in pj's and wellies like a weirdo to open back gate for oil delivery thats due at 8am and its maybe only 4-5 inches. Even so I dont think thats light for one night!

same here in south wales 3 in so far and its coming down still. Am supposed to be going out tonight for the first time in 6 months, doesnt look promising FIL is baby sitting abd their street is a friggen nightmare, soooooo looking forward to going out x

Our oil couldnt even be delivered this morning it was so bad. Need to ring now to chase them up but guessing they wont make it. Hope we've enough to last us, I cant see this clearing for at least a week! Bah humbug!!!

omg its the same here 7-8 inches. We are going to see a medium (an audience with) and he is still going to be there, he lives down the road from the pub. Our FIL cant make it to babysit, but the OH has offered to stay in and babysit. Its whether a taxi will be running or not. Will find out then decide x
