well it looks like no more bf for me, i'm still making loads of milk but ava just won't take it since her teeth have come through and prefers a bottle instead , I feel a bit sad like its the end of an era but i'm proud to have got to 9 and a bit months. no need to reply just wanted to get it off my chest so to speak!

i think thats the thing mari, its so hard at first but then it's like second nature so I really will miss it.

im at that nice easy place now - and elijah has started being much more interested in food and i feel a bit like he doesn't need me now! i am having a bit of a phase of feeling a little sad about all the things elijah has passed already but also excited at the thought that he will probably be walking this summer isn't it strange? ava looks so grown up and toddlerish in your new picture its wonderful but there is a little bit of sadness there too

you've done great! i'll be back at work before Arwyn is 9 months or I might have gone on a bit longer. It's better that she's given up though rather than having a battle to get her off it i'm pretty sure that's what i'm going to have!!

well the only problem now is my boobs are about to explode, they're mega huge and i'm having to squash them in my already huge bras, trying to resist expressing the milk out.

you need to get some cabbage leaves down your bra

i would express a little bit just by hand into a sink! just to release the pressure but not a feed's worth? maybe its best just to man it out though hm...

jo u can get some tablets off ure hv to stop your milk from producing. and try not to get them wet cos that increases the milk supply x
