that during pregnancy your pelvis and that area are softer?
the reason i ask is yesterday morning i forgot my phone so swung myself over on my bed to grab it. now my pelvis hip area feels a bit weird. at first it felt like it came out or was not in the right place but then it felt fine.
I also done a spectacular split today !!! basically we walked through the park, trev was carrying rowan as he'd fallen asleep. and there was a little hill not very big and i needed to get down it with the buggy. i tried to get my footing right but the buggy dragged me down so right foot and leg where left at the top whilst left leg went down to the bottom.
any ways i'm not left with this weird sort of ache in the same place. its more there if i have my legs crossed.
