J is really poorly today - he's got a cold like me i think, and if he feels even half as bad as I do poor little dude im a bit worried though as his cry is so weak (sounds like he has a sore throat, which ive got too) he is struggling slighty breathing with like flem/snotty nose every now and then too bless him, but he hasnt got a runny nose he has this nasty nasty cough which is making him gag, thankfully he isnt coughing too much, its mainly after feeding he has a huge cough, his chest sounds raspy too.
Ive got him booked in at drs (finally) for 4.05 thats ages away though and im worried they arent going to care, we off to devon in nxt few days and I dont want to be 'fobbed off' by some shitty dr and then a few days later be stuck down there with a poorly baby (obv id go hosp/drs down there if needed) i just feel a bit helpless for him

I've always found out-of-hours gp's more use tbh, so if no use with yours that could be an idea? Hope you have some joy with yours today though xxx

calpol for now and perhaps nasal drops to clear anything at the back of his throat.
he will probably puke soon too if he swallowing lots of flem.

if he is struggling when laying down prop him up a little bit.
