fto do irstly I got up there is no water but luckily have heating, and really kind neighbours 2 of which do still have water so gave me the keys to get some more during the day and so i can have a shower and bath gracie.
secondly my phone gets cut off and as a result i phone in a grump because of the water and shout at them to be told its because of the snow its causing havoc with their systems so a bit more shouting later after them trying to tell me i hadnt paid my bill when i had and had the bank statement in front of me they reconnect me
and finally Gracie is in a massive hugeamamma strop because i wont let her stand on the draining board to watch the snow fall as i have things
to do
