| I ordered Matt a load of things from a website last tuesday. I paid with paypal and got a receipt straight away from paypal but since then not heard anything from the website and order hasn't arrived. Would you be worried? I sent them an email on thurs to see if the order went through ok and if they had an estimated date for dispatch/delivery but not had anything back. I know it's not been a week yet but having not heard anything makes me a bit worried. What should I do, send another email or just wait and see?

| Do they have a phone number? Give them a call. I do know that royal mail are seriously backed up with parcels and said on the radio that people shouldn't order online as they won't get it for christmas.

| i ordered a load of stuff from play 2 weeks ago and i am only just starting to get it now normally its 5 days max that it takes so i would say just give them a couple more days hun.
if there is a phone number give them a call but they have probably had a lot of emails recently and struggling to get through them all xx |

| I ordered my son a tv on my little woods catalogue 3 weeks ago, I got an immediate email stating delivery by 20th dec. This morning at 11am I received an email saying they'd been in touch with their suppliers and it will be delivered sometime around the 30th  We have had to scrape money together, and have reserved one at pc world and oh has to go and pick it up not impressed  Hope your parcels all turn up, I'm still waiting for loads |
