how long did ur little 1st take to recover from a chest infection lacey had a cough n cold 2 wks ago that turned in to a right chest infection was on an antibiotic for 3 days with was last mon when started it and finshed it last weds in the 2 wks of her being poorly shes hardly eaten anything and lost 13oz in weight shes on a milk called fortini which is high in cals and she needs it to keep her weight up but she not take it not been drinkin it like she used to for 2 wks with bein ill they also gave her a high cals juice now shes had it since thurs and same with that not touch it has 1 suck then lobs bottle ive tried all diff ways even changed to everybecker bottle i have in house and nothing i dont want her losin more weight shes only 18lb 2oz now she was a healthy 19lb 2wks ago she not even eat normal food surely she should be recovered from the chest infection now they say her chest clear grrrr advice greatful xx

well Cerys had a cold 3 weeks ago and she's had a bad chesty cough ever since. went to docs last week and just gave her simple linctus med but its not helping. im taking her back this week and see what doc says. its a really nasty cough as well. sorry not much help to your question though lol !!! xx

lacey had that minimeg hun its how she started off with a really bad cough n cold n it leaded to a chest infection its now just gettin her to bk to eatin and drinkin how she used to its been 2wks now shes not eaten or drunk proper for can risk her losing more weight

awww poor thing. if she's on solids, maybe try things like pasta, potatoes, rice, wholemeal bread, those foods will give her more energy for longer xx

just made a chicken dinner i put a tiny but out for her veg chicken potato gravy n yorkies place it in front of her and guess where it went yes on the floor wsnt intrested 1 bit
