Why why why do people do this???????????????????????????//

Took Rowan to soft play today, he went in the big kids section was only 2 other boys in there. OH was walking round following him.

OH sat down with me and we were at a table by the play area and could see Rowan. This kid comes over and starts talking to Rowan then starts Jumping on him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I said to Trev go and sort it and he just sat there. The kids mum turned once went dont do that then carried on gassing away.

Rowan then starts screaming and crying calling mummy.

I got up went straight over and politely asked the child to stop. He did and went off playing. I took Rowan back to the table and the women went oh he's doing no harm you didnt have to tell him off.

ONE ----------- I did not tell him off
TWO------------- He's 8 and Rowan is 2!!!!! He should not have been doing it.

I was about to explode but Trev moved me away and said just sort Rowan.

His cries like that were heart renching!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm actually really upset thinking about those cries they were horrible to hear

Stupid biatch woman It makes me mad when mother's dont correct their kids or watch over them at all. You wonder if they actually give a shit about their kids xx

That winds me up so much. When I go to the play things I'm normally with a friend so I am having a chat but also always got an eye on Imogen, it's not that hard. I don't get people that just don't seem to care, then have a go at you when you're saving your child from being hurt.

i would be furious too, some parents make me so annoyed , you can't blame the kids if no-one corrects them.

There are signs every where saying to watch your children.

I watch Rowan, even if i'm not in there with him and i listen for him too. I know what he sounds like when he cries if he's out of my sight for more then 20 or so seconds and i go look for him check then sit back down.

There always seems to be one at every play centre! Hope Rowan is ok, i would of been furious too!

if it was my child ding this(i hope to god they wouldnt) id be streight over, making them apologise, id then apologise myself to the parents and take them streight home...how can they think its acceptible behaviour x

Atleast the boy apologised and went away but for the mother to say that if she had said something you wouldnt of had too. grrr

This sort of thing just fills me with RAGE I hope Rowan's ok. I wouldn't have been able to stop myself from giving her a gobfull!

I'd have gone mental at the lady and left! And i don't think oh would have been able to stop me! Especially if i were pregnant lol

there is a play group we go to and there these two kids.. they always buully paige n her friend!!! n does thei mum do any thing/. no? does she care what her kids are doing? no! she will just sit there n drink her coffee!!!

iv stopped going to soft play cause i feel like all i do is tell alasdair dont, careful, stop that. having older borithers he is a bit rough its not fair on him, so we avoid it. i hate being "that" parent
