| I love cooking but can't decide on a signature dish but it'd be between a roast sirloin of beef dinner (Sunday dinner) or beef stroganoff. These are the things I do for others as I'm confident they'll turn out perfect!
Can't bake a cake to save my life though!

| I'm not keen on cooking as I hate tidying up afterwards lol. However I kind of enjoy making spag bol and that's my signiture dish lol It's not a basic spag bol, it has secret ingredients!
Oh and I love making cakes, especially chocolate cupcakes. |

| My sig dish is my winter soup - it is absolutely gorgeous, and everyone that ever has it literally licks the bowl clean! I'd say its my sig dish cos I can make it perfectly everytime and no one has disliked it...if anyone wants my recipe I'll give it you - great for lunch or a starter!

| Lisa's Winter Soup 4 chicken breast, cooked and chopped small Packet of button mushrooms Butter 50g (on the butter blocks its 1 segment) 150 ml Single cream (the smaller pots in supermarkets) 1/3 cup plain flour 2 egg yolks 500ml milk 500ml strong chicken stock (I use those knoor (sp?) pots as they quite strong) Cut the mushrooms into 1/4s, melt butter in frying pan and cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes put into a pretty large saucepan stir in the flour - it always goes dry and sticky but dont worry slowly stir in the stock and the milk - use a wooden spoon to mix it up well boil and then simmer for 15 mins then add the chicken using a hand held blender blend it so there are no lumps in a jug beat the egg yolks and add the cream add that to the mix and heat but dont boil add salt and pepper to taste how you like - can also add extra milk if it is too thick for you - but I rather like it thick! Yummy and easy! |

| I can do toast too and on a really good day I put cheese on top and zap it in the microwave. I can open a tin of soup and warm it up too. (OH cooks I pick up dog poo and do dirty nappies - not good for health and safety to do both) |
