Last night I thought one of the dogs had weed in my utility room...so I mopped it, then used a fresh bucket full and mopped again...so you'd think it would be clean and dry now?!

Its still wet...and its not oilly or owt, its just wet...so have absolutely NO IDEA if it actually was a dog wee now, but no one goes in there really other than me to do washing ..but why's it still wet 24 hours later?!

Do you have a leak anywhere? Only way to tell if its pee pee is to smell it. Is your hotwater tank in there as well..or perhaps your washer hookup may have a small leak.

Very weird. We had a roof leak once in our kitchen from an ice dam build up on our roof and I was like you puzzled as to where it was coming from till I stood there for awhile watching where the water was coming from. It was dripping into my ceiling kitchen light socket and then would fill up and then drip onto the floor. I was blaming everyone for it before I caught on to what it was! LOL!

hahaha well im going to mop it again and if it doesnt go Im gunna get the weird police in!

Can you leave a bowl where the leak is? Dry up the wet patch then put an old bowl over where it was, if the bowl has water in it then there is a roof leak if there is water around it the next day you know it is coming from somewhere else... xxx

It prob is a leak from you washing machine, i used to get them in the middle of the floor too, but we had tiles so the water just flowed down the crack and into a big puddle

Yeh I agree with Terri, our washing machine used to leak but had water nowhere near it, just a puddle in the middle of the floor but the water had run down the cracks between the tiles and collected x

my mum has a ghost that wees in her lounge lol but seriously she gets wet puddles in the middle of her lounge but we think it's condensation from the window that runs down the cracks in the tiles and leaves a puddle in the middle of the room.

Not found any reason, its not the washing machine as there was a pile of bedsheets ready to go in and they are dry

yeah in my utility room this happens too...not in the middle of the floor though, its next to the door to the garage...but thers no leaks or anything. spooooooky!!!
