Ok i'm not a cheese cake lover but then i've only ever tried it once.

I'm after a recipe for cheese cake that is sweet.

My SIL gave me a GOOOORGEOUS choc orange torte recipie the otherday that is gooooorgeous

Its actually a vegan recipe but you can do un-vegan too lol

i use a tub of mascapone (not spelt right)
icing sugar
and a tub of double cream

biscuit base with ether digestives or ginger nuts

you could also put some lemon juice in the cheese bit its lovely, i like to sprinkle a flake on top too mmmmmmm lol x
