Hi hun I've got lovely little sock cupcakes for sale on my ebay. They're not too expensive and make cute little gifts. Other than that it's normally silver stuff Dee x

A bunnykins set? http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001HK1QWI/ref=s9_simh_gw_p75_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=10TQ87EKA6EVQY4GASDP&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467128533&pf_rd_i=468294 You can get lots of different bunnykins products. They are sold in the high street too in some independant gift/department stores. I got a few bits when I was a baby and Caitlin got more when she was born/1st xmas/bday etc.

The last christening we went to we bought the little boy some rattles etc. as he was just starting to get to that age of wanting a few more toys as he was only 12 weeks old. Someone else got him one of those name train thingys like this.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Wooden-Alphabet-Letter-Personalised-Name-Train-Gift-Set-/150529713659?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Celebrations_Occasions_ET&var=&hash=item68c70b36b3 And then someone else got a set of canvases so that they could do one of Mum and Babies Handprint and Dad and Babies Footprint. Other than that just the usual silver stuff I think xx

hayo, i got a christening tomoro and we have bought him a silver plated dinner set, its really nice its forever friends and has a blue enamel ring around the bowl and on the spoon. We have had it engraved with his name and date of the christening. Tbh tho we got silver things from the godparents and things like toys/clothes/money/books/jewelery from the other guests. I think if everybody bought silver keepsakes it would be annoying lol! x

I went to a christening for a baby boy recently and similar idea to Pen's in that the baby was given a bottle of fancy whisky to have for his 18th birthday! I am the least religious person ever but am with Gill on the willing to compromise for champagne xx
