| everything elijah has at the moment seems to involve sweet potato, apple or banana! poor little thing is having very stodgy poops, any ideas for good things to keep things moving? (have been giving pears but my minds gone blank - i dont think he's big enough for bran flakes yet!) |

| lots of fresh fruit and veg but if things start to get clogged up a bit Pure orange juice diluted with water so its very weak (cant remember the ratio)
Prune juice the same too many bananas can cause constipation |

| thanks! i gave him orange juice last week and it worked really well but i dont want to give it too often - he gets at least 3 different fruit/veg a day plus wholemeal bread a couple of times a week - you would think that would be enough!
maybe its just his system adjusting? |

| dont u find weetabix poohs horrific to clean up? lol sorry bit random dried fruit is always good for pooh inducing. you can boil some up and make them into a tasty puree and mix them in with his weetabix - what a pooh maker that would be! |
