| Have chicken fillets, baby stock cubes, risotto rice - and some left-over fresh veg to chop (pepper, courgette, spring onion + sweetcorn/peas if needed?) - you reckon I can just crack on with that?! Will read instruction for risotto rice on pack - but any tips as I know it can be tricky? Trying to make as many freezer portions as poss for the little man for the next few weeks - did a big batch of spag bol & pasta yest - but not easy with a tidgy freezer, fussy toddler & lack of ideas  |
