Stephen usually has 3 8 oz bottle during the day but has recently starting messing about during his afternoon and bedtime bottles. I dropped the afternoon bottle and just give him water and some fruit instead but I'm worried that he isn't getting enough milk. He has about 3oz in his breakfast as well, do you think he's getting enough milk? Thanks xxx

I think the guidelines say they should have about 20oz a day. So two 8oz plus 3oz in his cereal should be fine. If i remember correctly a yoghurt is 2oz, also give lots of cheese Smile

I think he's probably getting enough then because he likes yoghurts and cheese and cheesy sauce. He doesn't seem to drink much water though, do you know how much your lo's have per day? xxx

alfies not a great water drinker either. i just offer him it all the time. and he will have a sip or two. he loves juice tho - i buy the robisons no added sugar and put a drop in it just so it gives flavour and he will drink the whole bottle! x
