well just been reading on fb that some of my friends r off out (there just fb friends or hello friends if u get me) and im jealous i could do with a good night out, i used to luv goin round town but none of my friends go out anymore or we've driffted apart so i got no1 to go out with exept my oh and thats no fun i worked out the last time i went out must have been 2 and 1/2 year ago and that was when i was pregnant so i was only drinking pop, any1 fancy a night out

I went out Halloween 08 and found out I was pg 2/3 wks later. Didnt go out on town when pg (though did go to mates houses for their pre-drinks which was amusing enough to watch sober). Since having Caitlin I think iv been out with girlfriends/dinner & drinks about 7-8 times which is not bad in 18 months, cant complain I suppose.

All my friends have LO's too and it is hard to organise a night that suits. We never all get to go out together, I have a few different groups of friends & their acquaintences(sp?) that I go out with. At my bday only one mate and her workmate could go but I understood why my other mates couldnt - was still a brill night (Little amuses the housebound mummy!)

Could you ask someone you know a bit better on FB if you could come along the next time? Maybe if you havent been out in a while people dont think to invite you. I know im guilty of thinking that someone doesnt go out so dont invite them every time something is organised.

What about trying to organise an old school/work reunion for a cpl months time to give people time to plan? You sound like you could do with letting your hair down!

Hehe. I can't do it anymore, after 3 glasses of wine or bottles of Bud I need my bed and killer hangovers that last a week! I do see the girls but it's usually just out for tea and a couple of drinks. Oh and I do get out though (benefit if having a 20year old daughter at home) so if lottie is in Friday or saturday we go out for a nice meal and a few drinks (never more than 3 lol).

But when I was younger I did it to the extreme and could easily go out clubbing 6 nights a week and still get up for work/college hehe.
