ive only used love it bingo and didnt win anything! but i only used the free credit then stopped lol x

I normally use Take a Break Bingo and have won a fair bit in the past. I have got £10 xmas money left and wondering if I could make £10 into something a bit bigger

Ooooooh maybe I could use one that doubles/triples what you credit your account with if you're a new user! Anyone know of any?

i use tombola too, iv only put a tenner on, they topped it up to 30 and iv had 3 wins so far, 1 tenner and 2 £20 wins, my6 credit is low now though so will need to top up soon. my cousin won £500 then £70 in 1 day x

oh and just thought id let you know, the 2 £20 i won was playing cinco ans the tenner was playing bandit...ohh im off to play now lol x

i think i signed up to Gala..... i played one night but it's not as exciting as real bingo so i didn't go back. i must still have credit there cos i didn't play much (or win anything )

Am I the only person who is so anti-online gambling?? I've never tried it but I just worry about people losing loads of money just because they're a bit bored. Gambling can be an addiction but at least in the old days the poor people had to physically get cash and then go of to out to their chosen gambling haunt. I think its so wrong that it's marketed as harmless fun on tv!

I know going out to bingo is totally different as it is a social night out. Oh and I have a quite a few good nights out the casino and I do the lottery so maybe this makes me a hypocrit.

I'm not saying any of you girls are gambling addicts as I know its just a bit of fun but I do know a family that has been torn apart by a gambler in the family.

No hun I totally agree. This is in no way a judgement on anyone who plays online bingo - I just disagree completely with the whole industry.

It is far too easy to set up an account and I have seen the problems it causes first hand with close family members. Again not a judgement on anyone here as I believe as long as you have an ounce of intelligence (which most ladies here seem to have) to know that it is a game and not a source of income and you only put in what you can afford to lose then fine. The trouble starts when you have £20 left at the end of the month and you need £40 for a bill so rather than pay off 1/2 the bill you think it's a good idea to double your money online - coz it's that easy and then lose it and think well it must be 'turn' to win next so dip into your overdraft, credit card, kids savings etc because it MUST be your turn next . I actaully have family members who are convinced they will always come out on top - no matter how you explain to them that the companies are worth millions and millions of pounds because THEY come out on top NOT you - they just cannot get their head around it . I think there should be not only credit checks before you can open an account but a basic intellegence test too!

lol sorry went of on one a bit there but like I say - I don't see a problem with it if you have money to spare but the fact that we are in a huge recesion and yet companies like these are still thriving tells me that a lot of people playing can't actually afford it and I think they should be forced to be more responsible in the way they advertise and create accounts.

I have never been to an actual bingo hall though and I do agree that it is completely different to do it as a social thing as it isn't every night and there is a limit on how much/long you can spend in there rather than sitting at the computer all night long clicking your savings away.

I do agree with you girls, my ex used to be a big gambler and even spent his Mums rent money at the bookies.
I only play bingo online only say once every 2-3months, so a tenner? I defo dont see it as a way to make money its just something to do when im bored! If i wanted to try and make money id be on ladbrokes, i can see how people get their selves in trouble betting on sports and stuff.
Lukes grandad is a millionaire from owning a few bookies then expanding to 22 shops and selling them to Corals, so u would think his family wouldnt gamble...but they still do!
On sites like Tombola you have settings you can change to limit youself on what u spend too.
