James has just called. We were going out on our 'date night' tonight but my MIL (who was babysitting) is in tears as their family dog is dying, so we have told her that we were going to cancel tonight anyway, as she still wanted to come over and babysit, but we would feel so awful if she wasnt there when he passes.

He has been on his way out for a few weeks and he is in a bad way tonight so they are all there with him . James is going on his way home from work to see him too.

I feel really guilty... I used to do everything for Ralph and loved him like my own, but when Aimee was born I had to stop him going near her and licking her (we had to keep her as safe as possible after her op) and was always telling him off as he was always licking EVERYTHING.

James is home and apparently Ralph is being sick with blood in it and has gone blind. It doesn't look like it will be tonight but I don't think it will be too long. Weeks rather than months x

Aww poor Ralphie My dog was poisoned once and was frothing at the mouth and going blind, it was awful, luckily we got him to the vets just in time.
