does anyone have this? wud they recommend it?

I've just had it I'd reccommend it as it's the lowest false hormone so has less possible side affects to any other form also more women who have been sterilised fall pregnant than women with the coil but it does hurt and for the next week you get really bad period pains but that's it for 5 years then x

i had it and had to have it removed for consistant bleeding for over year and i was sterilized instead x

I had mine done over a year ago, I tool some strong paracetamol half an hour before I went and it didn't hurt at all. Just a bit like a smear. I bled for 3 weeks and then had 2 periods in 6 months, though no they are looking more regular!!

Like anything else hun you wont know it's for you unless you try it, though I do love the idea of not having to worry about it for 5 years!!

i wanted to get one but been put off by my friend...

sh ehad one n it got lost.. messed up her womb lining. had to have loads of scans to find it n then had to be put out to get it out
