not even sure if its the same thing I cant dfall pregnant, in fact im not allowed to, and I was on the microval pill but it made me into such a monster and my eating habits seemed to have got bigger so i stopped but now thinking of putting in the loop, is there anyone here that can please give me their experiences, ie did you bleed, was it sore etc etc etc

I had the coil fitted the old style one and it did make af heavier but apart from that was fine. I had it in for 5 years x

HOw long did you bleed for hun?

i have the mirena coil nearly a yea ago and im still bleeding x im having it out in december when im being sterilized x

It was about 5 days so normal af just heavier. It was the coil without hormones x

I got the coil put in about 5 weeks ago, i have bled since but mainly just spotting which is great for me cause i normally bleed heavier with other contraceptives.
