| Lookit - pumpkin pie  I'd like to thank one Jen McCanadian for her support and guidance - and for pointing me in the right direction of ingredients Not exactly a cook-book-photo but I assure you it is yuuuummm (nommy noms Mari) plus, it was my very first ever and quite the labour of love   Only half left - poor thing never stood a chance  |

| You know Lisa, it reminds me of something and I can't tell what the consistency of the filling is like a firm-ish cheesecake... It could have taken a lot more flavour (cinnamon etc) but I played it safe! I probably need another slice to figure out what taste it is putting me in mind of  xx |

| Thank you all  LisaG - I've done another but used a pre-done pastry case which wasn't quite upto the job and it's gone a bit soggy I'll save you some for Friday anyway to have a taste xx |
